Please click on the link below to access and submit the Event Registration Google Form if you will be attending an upcoming Intrepid Transformations In-Person / "Brick-and-Mortar" Workshop, Seminar, Training Event (Adult/18+ Years old) no later than 48 hours in advance of Event Start Date:

Please click on the link below to access and submit the Event Registration Google Form if your minor child/ward will be attending an upcoming Intrepid Transformations In-Person / "Brick-and-Mortar" Workshop, Seminar, Training Event and is not 18 years of age or older no later than 48 hours in advance of Event Start Date:

2) Release/Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement for a Minor
Required for all Minors (under 18yo) attending Intrepid Transformations In-person Events.
